The Pennsylvania Lottery is seeking an experienced, energetic sales professional to serve a specific sales territory within the Fayette County area.
As a Lottery Sales Representative, you will provide product, guidance, and support to existing retailers while actively working with them to increase their sales. You will also use your sales skills to recruit new retailers, educate them on the benefits of joining our retailer network, and provide strategies that will help them succeed. Best of all, you'll be working for one of the most-respected brands in Pennsylvania and on behalf of a very important mission: to generate funding to benefit older Pennsylvanians. As a Lottery Sales Representative, you will read and interpret sales data, communicate effectively and professionally with business owners and customers regarding the value of Lottery products, and provide detailed information surrounding procedures and products. This position is responsible for coordinating promotions for new games and products and determining the effectiveness of various marketing techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will network, interact, and engage players at retailer events and collaborate with other sales representatives. Additional duties include navigating a web-based portal and maintaining proficiency in the utilization of PCs and electronic tablets to efficiently complete tasks.
