LinQuest is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support Space Operations Command (SpOC) Orbital Warfare Mission Area Team (OW MAT) in the delivery/sustainment/disposition of SSA/SDA/Advanced Concepts capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop/Review space superiority Force Development/Enabling/Systems/CONOPS STP, disposal plans, support agreements; incorporate lessons learned and innovation.
  • Review SCGs, testing documents, TTPs, 1067s, EDLM/UDLM, modification proposals; and upgrades/changes to current space superiority systems.
  • Monitor DRRS/SORTS for space superiority systems; maintain status of unit readiness.
  • Review DT/OT products; monitor test results; participate in DRB; resolve/track DRs.
  • Provide IOC/FOC and Ops Acceptance recommendations.
  • Analyze risk and provide assessment/recommendation for Development Operations.
  • Accept requirements lead from S5 after IOC/FOC.
  • Contribute to operational analysis for requirements generation/acquisition support (i.e., AoAs, trade space analysis, MUAs).
  • Analyze/Recommend support sustainment requirements for one time delivery systems incrementally/spirally upgraded.
  • Review/Staff acquisition/requirements documents (i.e., ICD/CDD, ADM/APB, TEMPs and test plans, ILS/ISP, and Rapid Prototyping Requirements Document).
  • Contribute to applicable General Program Requirements, Overarching Requirements, Portfolio Management Program Protection Planning, and Program Office Support.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • TS/SCI SAP/SAR Eligible, US citizen
  • 10+ years SSA/SDA/Advanced Concepts experience, including 3 years SAP/SAR experience.
  • Proficiency developing/staffing force development concepts (i.e., operating/functional/systems)/CONOPS
  • Proficiency fielding new capabilities, drafting Operations Acceptance Plan, and managing Operations Acceptance process, including Agile Delivery System process and IOC/FOC criteria for space superiority capabilities
  • Proficiency sustaining space capabilities, including modification management for upgrades/changes, 1067s, UDLM/EDLM, and end-of-life disposal
  • Proficiency fielding/sustaining Middle-Tier Acquisition capabilities and managing capabilities through four phases, including RPRD, Development Operations, prototypes/demonstrations, Technology Transition Plans/IPTs
  • Proficiency with DT/OT, determining appropriate type of test, including Rapid Prototyping OT&E, and with TES/TEMP/TRRBs/DRBs
  • Proficiency with DRRS/SORTs
  • Proficiency supporting acquisition programs (i.e., AoA/MUA, ICD/CDD/ADM/APB)
  • Knowledge of non-traditional sensors data integration
  • Knowledge of WSS requirements and PIWG/SWG/SLR
  • Knowledge of doc statements
  • Knowledge of AFI 10-201_AFGM 2019-01 AFSPC Supp/10-401/63-101_20-101/99-103/
  • AFSPCI 10-605/10-610/21-108, SCG
  • Masters Degree, preferably technical

Compensation:

  • The salary for this position ranges from approximately $100,000 to $110,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
