Summer Member Concierge staff help create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests by building relationships and providing excellent customer service for our Splash Pad area at the Cape Ann YMCA facility. On a typical day, you will manage the needs of the welcome center for the Splash Pad area. This would include offering courteous, professional, and friendly support by checking passes to the Splash Pad, monitoring the guests, ensuring the safety of all, and answering any questions the guests have. This position requires a genuine interest in people and the ability to build relationships with our members to effectively develop a sense of deep connection and ownership to the Y.

To thrive in this position, you work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask seamlessly. You create authentic relationships and believe in creating an atmosphere that accepts all. • This is an outdoor position. The shifts available Monday - Friday - 11am-8pm, Saturday- 10am-6:00pm, and Sunday 11am-6:30pm
