In your new role as a cyber security professional, you will protect our customer's most sensitive data and complex systems from all forms of threats including cyber-attacks, insider threats, rogue network devices, and malicious software and applications. You will work with a team of like-minded professionals to share and collaborate upon your ideas to improve the cybersecurity infrastructure, architecture, and configuration deployments. Your ideas and contributions will matter.

This is a contingent position based upon customer approval and funding.

Responsibilities
SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager with RMF experience to join our network security team supporting a Federal customer in Bethesda, MD.
This person must be located in the Washington, DC area with the ability to go to the customer site in Bethesda, MD.
    The applicant shall provide program management, risk management, and data analytics support to support current and planned cyber security projects.
  • Responsible for all contract activities for a Cyber Security related program.
  • Set policies and procedures, technical standards and methods, and priorities.
  • Coordinates the management of all work performed on tasks under the contract.
  • Coordinates the efforts of subcontractors, team members, and vendors.
  • Acts as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Representative, and other client officials.
  • Exercises full authority to act for the company in the performance of the required work and services.
  • Works independently, or under the general direction of senior level company management, on all phases of performance including contract management, project/task order management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 9 or more years of IT Security work experience.
  • Possess any two of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM or PMP.
  • 4 or more years of demonstrated experience overseeing Risk Management, SA&A and Cybersecurity projects at large agencies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in each of the following areas: Risk Management Framework, Risk Assessments, SA&A, Continuous Monitoring, System Scoping, FISMA, NIST SPs 800-37, 800-53A, etc.
  • Experience developing custom test procedures to support Security Controls Assessments and experience and recommending solutions for mitigating identified risks.
  • Experience leading large teams.
  • Experience integrating and leading projects that include a mixture of the following: RSA Archer, Splunk, Continuous Monitoring and Ongoing Authorization support, Continuous Diagnostic Monitoring (CDM), Security Assessment and Authorization, and Risk Management Framework Support.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • PMI/PMP
  • CISSP
  • ITIL
