ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Assist in the development and implementation of program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance standards.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the program, including technical, financial, and administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure that all program objectives are met and that the program remains on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on program progress and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and contract requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the latest innovation technologies and trends and identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience, Education, Skills and Abilities:

  • Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on government contracts and innovation technologies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements

Near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard; lift horizontally and vertically.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Salary
120,000.00/annually
