HJF is seeking a Scientific Project Manager II who provides scientific and technical expertise and supervises research projects and oversees strategic planning activities, organization and tracking of adjuvant portfolio, pre-clinical and clinical collaborations and contracts across multidisciplinary programs. Assists in developing protocols, and evaluates and provides strategic and comprehensive solutions to problems in major functional areas.This position has autonomy with clearly defined tasks, making independent decisions based on general guidance.This position will be in support of Global Infectious Diseases portfolio.

Manages the scientific aspects of a complex portfolio of adjuvants and vaccines. Interfaces the development of complex pre-clinical vaccine adjuvant research activities through process development for subsequent clinical trials.
Education and Experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects.
Experience in engaging and managing studies having multiple collaborators and partners.
Be well versed in using different software such as Microsoft office, Box, Teams, Graph Pad Prism, EndNote, and Smart sheet.
Work Environment
