Summary:

The Program Manager shall provide program management support for planning, execution, and completion of all project activities in accordance with DHS and USCIS procedures by managing the day-to-day activities of the Contractor staff.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Shall organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all activities, review the work of subordinates, including subcontractors, and ensure that the schedule, performance parameters, and reporting responsibilities are met. The
  • Shall integrate the Contractor's management and workload activities across this Task Order to ensure they are consistent.
  • Shall be required to prepare briefing materials, deliver briefings, participate in meetings with USCIS organizations and/or external organizations, and present program content. The Contractor shall develop, as necessary, written recommendations, oral presentations and/or executive briefing materials.
  • Shall support security processing, which is the interface with Government Office of Security and Integrity (OSI) through the COR on all security matters, to include physical, personnel, and protection of all Government information and data accessed by the contractor.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Not only management skills, but technical skills as well and be hands-on executors, rather than just managers.
  • Knowledge of and ability to organize the team to successfully deliver data management and data analytics programs proven by professional experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years professional experience managing data related projects, or at least 10 years of professional experience managing data related projects.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
