Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support a federal client's counterintelligence program. The analyst will provide focused support for intelligence and operational initiatives in national security or law-enforcement related matters. The analyst should have experience developing intelligence reports and analytic products consistent with Office of the Director of National Intelligence tradecraft and integrity standards.
Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance, with an in-scope Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph, within the past five years.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the intelligence field supporting a USIC agency (two (2) years' Counterintelligence experience relative to China)
- Proven experience developing and writing classified intelligence products in accordance with ODNI tradecraft and analytic integrity standards for the FBI or a USIC agency in an Intelligence Analyst position
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Utilize Intelligence Community style guide for grammar and sentence structure
- Able to review and analyze multiple documents to determine common trends and properly articulate what was identified through papers and reports
- Able to identify pertinent information and draw conclusions and recommendations and articulate these findings in reports and papers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- All Contractor personnel supporting this TO shall have experience in at least three (3) of the following areas:
- Providing targeting analysis and/or writing targeting packages
- Source identification and development
- Source validation
- Strategic analysis
- Tactical analysis
- Intelligence collection management
- Geoint experience; and/or
- One year of experience in the FBI's Intelligence Program within the last five (5) years
- Candidates will be asked to submit a writing sample
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (or four (4) years of additional experience as an equivalence.)
Travel: Travel not anticipated
