Summary:

As an Oracle ERP Applications Security & Reporting Manager for Oracle Financial Applications, your primary responsibility would be to lead the design, deployment, and support of application security and reporting solutions, ensuring the security of the financial data and transactions within the Oracle Financial Applications system, while enforcing the security and reporting setup and processes meet control standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Manages Oracle ERP security and reporting activities to support assigned business units, communicating a strong sense of urgency about solving problems and getting work done, while ensuring time, resources, energy, and actions are focused on priorities that matter to the business reliably meeting all team commitments, quotas, and goals.

* Prioritizes, directs and coordinates activities of staff to gather and document requirements, triage and resolve technical problems, and execute project duties, responsibilities and tasks. Confers with staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

* Provides supervision to assigned staff including activities such as hiring, counseling, guiding, training and delivery of disciplinary processes as required. Mentor others in promoting, defining, analyzing, and providing technical solutions for business problems.

* Reports regularly to senior management, keeping them abreast of the application security strategy and best practices.

* Collaborate with functional leaders, application managers, IT, and project teams to create and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP based security and reporting solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus.

* Define and build security strategy of least privilege, implementing access controls to ensure only authorized users have access to financial data. Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Manage security matrix to enforce segregation of duties (SoD) policies to prevent conflicts of interest that could result in financial fraud. Align SoD and security profiles in accordance with SOX requirements.

* Define and build reporting strategy to properly control report access. Establish and maintain reports and tools that support business needs while maintaining compliance with SOX and public company audit and reporting requirements. Ensure financial reporting and querying is reliable and available to meet business needs.

* Work closely with the internal audit team to provide necessary information and support for SOX audits, documenting systems and procedures to support security audits and ITGC controls. Ensure compliance with all security policies, such as SOX, and that the appropriate evidence is maintained and easily accessible and reportable. Ensure all key reports in-scope for SOX are controlled and maintained to ensure compliance with controls.

Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

* 8 years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications security, with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion, with an aptitude for both application systems and operational business process development.

* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Strong soft skills including but not limited to excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

* Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial Applications security best practices and standards. Experience with developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies required.

*Experience with Oracle Cloud role design across functional (ERP, EPM, OTBI) and technical (e.g. - Security Console, Setup & Maintenance, OIC) domain areas and hands on experience in updating and implementing user security with Oracle Cloud Security.

*Experience at a publicly traded company and SOX/ITGC compliance is required.

* Must be highly self-motivated. Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks and set priorities. Ability to lay out a plan and coordinate activities.

*Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable in prioritizing workloads, coping with pressures, deadlines, and rapidly changing situations.

*Experience with Risk Management is a plus.
