What You'll Do:

You'll participate in various research projects for multiple clients across sectors and categories. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with an array of smart clients from some of the world's leading brands, as well as colleagues across other Ipsos solution teams.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Develop fluency and expertise with the Ipsos Synthesio platform, frameworks and methodologies to develop insights for a broad range of projects and clients
  • Understand client accountabilities, priorities and objectives, and contribute to deliverables that deliver business impact
  • Build relevant data sets with AI-driven Boolean taxonomies and other structural strategies, conduct data quality assessments, create dashboards and in-tool reports used to effectively visualize data
  • Effectively implement research plans, exploring data sets with state-of-the art Gen AI prompts and topic models, and interpreting and synthesizing data
  • Develop insight deliverables with strong storytelling that supports client objectives
  • Ensure project alignment with timelines, client needs and internal quality expectations by proactively collaborating and communicating with your team members
  • Workshop and develop client implications and strategic recommendations based on findings
  • Present findings to clients at various levels

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • You have a passion and 3+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting and synthesizing social/digital data using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Your analytical and data visualization skills are strong; you can create an insights deliverable with style and substance
  • You can create a compelling narrative with data that clearly maps to client needs and priorities
  • You have excellent intrapersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • You're a self-starter, a quick study and can easily pivot when priorities shift
  • Your time and project management skills are a strong point, and you have a keen eye for detail
  • You're able to see the big picture while knee deep in details; you can prioritize, problem solve and have a point of view on next steps
  • You have a growth mindset, proactively seeking feedback and looking for improvement opportunities
  • You thrive in a team environment and working toward shared goals

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $61,500 to $74,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
