BigBear.ai is seeking a Principal Readiness Consultant to assist our customer in assessing organizational ability to achieve mission outcomes.
This position will be based out of Ft. Meade and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility).
Candidates for this position will provide independent analytic advice and contribute directly to efforts to develop, integrate, and continually improve processes associated with the readiness assessment and AMET development, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes. The candidate will enable senior leadership to make better management and investment decisions through the use of accurate and timely assessments of the readiness and capabilities of the agency.
What you will do
Provide independent analytic advice and contribute directly to efforts to develop, integrate, and continually improve processes associated with the readiness assessment and AMET development, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes.
Enable senior leadership to make better management and investment decisions through the use of accurate and timely assessments of the readiness and capabilities of the agency.
What you need to have
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS with Polygraph Clearance
- Education : A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required; A graduate degree or higher will be accepted in lieu of 2 years of overall experience; a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, program management, or systems engineering will be accepted in lieu of 2 years of overall experience (on double-dipping)
- 12 or more years of experience in military or civilian readiness and/or capabilities and requirements analysis.
