Job Description

Welcome to CliniComp! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Patient Access Product Owner to join our team. As a Patient Access Product Owner, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of our Patient Access information systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and departments within CliniComp to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of our Patient Access solutions. Your expertise in Patient Access, combined with your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will help drive the success of our product development.

About the role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user needs and requirements for the development of software solutions that support Patient Access workflows.
  • Manage and prioritize feature development from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, acting as the voice of the customer and providing guidance to the development team.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality and usability of the developed solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of our Patient Access systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to optimize system performance and resolve any issues or challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Patient Access to drive continuous improvement of our products.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Patient Access workflows and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for enhancing the patient experience and improving healthcare processes.

The salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $149,000 and is a hybrid role in our San Diego office.

CliniComp's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.
