Admin Project Leader Position Summary:

The Admin Project Leader is responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of departmental projects, activities, reports, and schedules; along with collection and management of data.


Admin Project Leader Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining all of the procedural and administrative aspects of training program and any designated project. Serves as the designated point-of-contact for program issues.
  • Oversee the assessment and evaluation processes and detailed analysis that leads to recommendations.
  • Supports the PA Surgical & Critical Care PA Residency programs each year.
  • Provides assistance with recruitment and onboarding of new physician assistants.
  • Organizes and coordinates weekly education for residency programs which includes securing a location, communicating with faculty, and set up for lectures and activities.
  • Handles payroll submissions, file organization, collection and collation of program and trainee evaluations.

Work Schedule: FT, Day shift, 40 hrs/wk

Work Location: Baltimore, MD

Admin Project Leader Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, required
  • 8 years of proven experience in specific jobs that require a high level of critical thinking and accountability, may substitute for degree
  • 2 years related experience at the administrative level
  • Able to obtain a comprehensive understanding of departmental and Hospital policies and procedures, budget verification and analysis, spreadsheets and database management
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations
