Are you a skilled civil, geotechnical, or structural engineer? We're actively seeking professionals to fill the role ofProject Engineerin the fields of transportation, water/wastewater design, and construction projects. If you have experience in these sectors, it's a definite plus.

With guidance from a professional engineer, your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Support the delivery of our existing projects in the U.S. and Canada.

  • Developing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs

  • Attending site inspections, investigations, and monitoring

  • Development of field instrumentation programs and evaluation of collected data

  • Actively participating in project, client and team meetings

  • Reviewing, preparing, and modifying designs

  • Analyzing reports, specifications, and studies

  • Gaining exposure to project, commercial, and client management

  • Undertaking a 'digital by default' approach in deliverables

  • Actively participating in our 'Early Careers Professional' Network

  • Supporting our 'Purpose' in everything you do

We're looking for a Project Engineer to join our team and invite applications from candidates with :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.

  • Professional engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain a license within 6 months;

  • Demonstrable interest in structural/geotechnical/water/wasterwater projects through relevant experiences, such as your field of study, internships, volunteering, or relevant association memberships.

  • Interest in underground design and construction for the transport, water, or wastewater Sectors and multidisciplinary working

  • Methodical approach to problem-solving to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.

  • Wonderful written communication and attention to detail, with an ability to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.

  • Superb understanding of relevant technologies, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, etc.
