The Director Loan Operations will have full accountability for the Operations team. This team focuses on the boarding and servicing of all loans with the exception of Mortgage. This critical role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and managing a team who provide high-level support for various functions within Loan Operations.
Champions changes to processes or policies that enhance operational efficiencies, employee performance and retention, and service capabilities. Leads operational project planning and execution. Partners with business leaders, teams, and other stakeholders toward the achievement of high operational standards.
