Overview
VTG Defense is looking for a Program Manager located in Springfield, Va.
What will you do?
Duties include:
- Acting as a Program/Project Manager to drive efforts to secure and integrate new commercial
GEOINT data and service capabilities in support of NSG prioritized requirements.
- Preparing and delivering reports and briefings for senior leadership across the IC and
Agency, as well as development and communication of associated messages and
communication/outreach strategies.
- Developing, maintaining, and promulgating project records in accordance with standard
records management practices and in keeping with sensitive/proprietary information
requirements.
- Under the guidance of Government, acting as the interface between NGA and NSG
customers and source providers.
- Assisting with development and implementation of best practices, processes and procedures.
- Supporting the definition and development of performance metrics, and assist with metrics
analysis.
- Researching and implementing solutions in accordance with Federal Acquisitions
Management regulations.
- Developing data-informed presentations that strategically inform senior level leaders for
decision-making.
- Adapting to changing requirements and management directives.
- Working independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Conducting cost risk and benefit analysis.
- Developing and providing presentation of costing material, technical briefings and
management status reports.
Do you have what it takes?
Required Skills and Experience:
TS/SCI with Poly Required
10-20 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial GEOINT data and services, to include validating
/verifying adherence to specified requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community data and product types, missions and
functions to include geospatial requirements process and production.
- Demonstrated experience or familiarity with Federal Acquisitions Management regulations
and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
- Demonstrated experience routinely interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency
heads.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite such as building spreadsheets,
consolidating input across various offices, and edit/update as needed.
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment.
