Inova's Fairfax Family Practice is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our patient focused providers in collaboration with the patients to offer therapeutic healing in an established, community driven primary care office located in Vienna, VA. This role is full-time, Monday-Friday Day Shift.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the essential skills in the use of treatment modalities, equipment and protocols and will perform reassessments according to state and facility guidelines, adjusting treatment plan accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors and outside contacts.
- With adherence to organizational and departmental policy regarding time frame, appropriate form and content of written rehabilitation - provide appropriate documentation
- Complete all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a physical therapy center is preferred
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Must also have BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association upon start.
