Description
Engility is currently seeking Linguists to assist TSA Current Intelligence Operations. Linguists duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Provide operational contract linguist support to U.S. Military operations by translating and gisting written and spoken communications
- Translate, transcribe and analyze audio communications, including telephone calls, radio broadcasts, news stories, public addresses, etc.
- Analyze and prioritize hard and soft copy documents
- Translate and interpret during interviews, meetings, and conferences
- The contractor shall provide the level of linguist services needed to support high priority (essential) tasks
supporting real world operations. Linguists shall cull out actionable data to facilitate successful execution of the
mission. Objective is to provide accurate, complete, and trusted interpretation and/or translation of data from a
variety of sources. False commitment of U.S. resources or endangerment of U.S. Forces due to errors, partial
translation, or intentional sabotage must be minimized

Qualifications
- CAT III linguists Must meet at a minimum criteria of ILR level (Interpretation Performance level 3
and/or "Translation Performance level 3) in both the Somali and English - Linguist Must possess a TOP SECRET Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
US Security Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Day - 1st
Travel: Yes, 25% of the time
