We do not trade for our own account, underwrite securities or carry credit exposure of any kind on our balance sheet. Our firm capital consists almost entirely of shareholders equity.

Nearly every Brown Advisory employee owns stock in our firm. Our ownership structure ensures that our interests remain aligned with those of our clients, and that employee turnover is minimal.
