Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in related area in lieu of the degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of office experience; event coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, databases and design applications)
- Ability to participate in and contribute to a high-performing, dynamic work team along with assist in planning and organizing special events
- Strong attention to detail, follow through and organization
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Self-motivated, energetic and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry items up to 200 feet
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Demonstrate maturity and professional conduct
- An eye for details
- Some weekend and evening work
- A valid driver’s license, possess auto insurance and an automobile is required for travel
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related area
- Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices and procedures
