Job Function Summary:
The Associate Chargeback Analyst is responsible for intake of indirect sales submissions process (chargebacks/tracings) for
key Coloplast distributors, performing root cause analysis, and for reporting across the organization. The Associate
Chargeback Analyst also serves as the strategic owner for maintaining Customer data and collaborates cross-functionally to
meet the needs of the organization.


Major Areas of Accountability:
• Processes incoming US and Canada sales data submissions (chargebacks/tracings) based on frequency of distributor
submission schedule, process resubmissions, and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues and discrepancies in a
timely manner.
• Maintain monthly matrices on submissions from distributors and proactively manage submission deadlines.
• Supports Chargeback Analysts in maintaining monthly reports to distributors regarding the status of requested
chargebacks; customize reports to meet stakeholder needs.
• Assists with research of issues with distributors surrounding the chargeback process.
• Owns tracing and/or chargeback data submissions within Coloplast systems.
• Owns shared mailbox and maintains communication with internal and external partners.
• Identifies and recognizes trends and patters that indicate need for process improvement or relationship improvement.
• Ability to collaborate, train, and mentor team members as needed.
• Work independently with occasional consult with management as appropriate to make recommendations and receive
decision sign-off
• Other Duties as assigned


Essential Qualifications:
• 2 Year Degree,or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in Medical Device industry or analytics-based role preferred

• Proven ability to drive and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
• Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
• Demonstrates a curious nature and desire for continuous learning
• Demonstrates detail consciousness and ability to audit analytics and processes
• Experience working with large data sets
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel including vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Experience working with information systems including JD Edwards, Oracle on Demand, ModelN, and Cognos
