Santa Monica, United StatesAs part of the Owned Programming team, you will lead Sports programming across Owned channels, overseeing our platform strategy and content approach - creating smart and meaningful user journeys across RedBull.com and Red Bull TV. You will use your deep understanding of digital platforms, marketing, and compelling content in your day-to-day work with multiple cross-functional teams and seek to provide the best possible experience around key Red Bull events and projects and identify new opportunities from across the business.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Ensure overall daily programming across all Owned properties including apps for key audiences across all Sports playgrounds
Define the larger Owned channels programming strategy for Bike, Motorsports including F1, Surf, Skate, Gaming, Winter, Adventure, General Sports, and Athlete Networks to fulfill the needs of our platforms, partners, and audiences
Oversee the Sports Owned programming calendar and strategy based around upcoming launches, editorial themes, and big moments
Utilize content and platform experiences to grow the audience and create great Owned channel experiences
Provide best practices and platform guidance to stakeholders across the organization, evaluating opportunities to up-level projects through things like custom development & direct-to-consumer messaging
Identify through-lines between Sports projects and Brand & Culture to drive efficiencies and bring additional audiences to the World of Red Bull
Use data and your knowledge of platform features to drive and maximize audience engagement
Collaborate with Insights, Editorial, and Direct-to-consumer and Legal teams to develop cohesive plans and guidance
Look for opportunities to create and share best-in-class case studies nationally, across regions, and globally (where applicable)
Collaborate with the HQ Owned team to stay across international initiatives and provide visibility on US priorities to reach a global audience
