SmithGroupis looking for aAcoustics Discipline Leaderto join our team. This position is ideally located within commuting distance of one of our offices but remote options can be discussed.
As the National Acoustics Discipline Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an Acoustics and Vibration Control service at SmithGroup. You will work between disciplines and geographies to build this service with existing and new clients with the goal of design excellence and profitability while simultaneously supporting and mentoring a growing team on day-to-day project initiatives.

SmithGroup's competitive compensation and benefit package is designed meet the needs of a diverse staff. The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 annually, at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for this position. Additionally, an employee in this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus on an annual basis. Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
